In locations where pick-up service is unavailable, customers will be responsible for self-shipping the product to our designated office address.

Items must be unused and unwashed to comply with hygiene standards.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
